Non-Residential Construction Site Manager

As an independent Site Manager at Willems Bouwbedrijf, you are the driving force on the construction site. You maintain the overview, lead the team, and ensure that all construction flows connect smoothly. With your realistic planning and clear communication, you keep the process tightly organized and create an environment where everyone knows where they stand.

You are responsible for:
• Daily leadership on the construction site;
• Connecting all involved parties and disciplines;
• Managing and recording project documentation;
• A safe, organized, and efficient construction site;
• Timely delivery according to the agreed quality standards.

You work at project locations in Limburg and Brabant. As soon as a project is completed, we look together at your ambitions and which next challenge within our organization fits with them. • You are a modern site manager who enjoys working with digital tools, new techniques, and contemporary working methods;
• You communicate clearly and work in a customer-oriented manner;
• You have a completed Mbo or Hbo education in Civil Engineering/Construction;
• You possess at least 5 years of relevant experience (for example as a foreman), preferably within non-residential construction;
• You work in a structured and careful manner, but are also entrepreneurial, creative, and innovative in mindset.
