The role
As a project coordinator, do you have a talent for organizing, do you like to maintain an overview, and do you think in solutions? And do you want to work in an energetic team on challenging installation technology projects? Then this position as electrical engineering project coordinator at Dura Vermeer Techniek is your chance to make a difference!
What you'll do
As an electrical engineering project coordinator at Dura Vermeer Techniek, you are the connecting link within our electrical engineering projects. From preparation to delivery, you are closely involved and work together with the project manager, engineers, and modelers. You ensure that everything runs smoothly: from planning and logistics to coordination with colleagues, procurement, and external parties.
You identify risks, take measures to control them, and know how to solve problems quickly and practically. You also maintain close contact with clients and other stakeholders. You align expectations, monitor progress, and ensure clear communication throughout the entire project.
You primarily work on projects within building-related utilities, where technology, planning, and collaboration come together. One time you coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, the next time you are responsible for a large and complex multi-million euro project. Whatever the scale or complexity: you monitor the planning, the budget, the quality, and the safety. Together with the project team, you ensure that our electrical installations are delivered according to agreement and at the highest quality level.
This is where you belong
As an electrical engineering project coordinator, you get the opportunity to get started within the dynamic and relatively new division Dura Vermeer Techniek. You work in a professional team with short lines of communication, in which collaboration and individual initiative are central. Together we work on challenging projects, such as the new construction of a hospital or a courthouse.
At Dura Vermeer Techniek, we value your knowledge, ideas, and input. You are given the space to take responsibility, to develop yourself further, and to grow within a healthy family business with a rich history. We look at the long term and believe that together we achieve the best results. This is how we make a difference for the Netherlands with technology, and you play an important role in that.
This is what you bring
As a project coordinator, you are organizationally strong, enjoy working together, and know how to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment. You switch easily between different tasks and involved parties. With your customer-oriented attitude, flexibility, and solution-oriented approach, you keep projects on track.
Furthermore, you bring the following:
You have work experience within building-related installation technology and have completed an education in the field of electrical engineering.
You like to think ahead, identify potential bottlenecks in time, and translate problems into practical solutions.
You get energy from technical challenges and complex projects.
You possess strong planning and organizational skills and enjoy working together with different disciplines.
