• The salary for this position is between €4,291.63 and €6,256.71 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

Your role focuses on the coordination of infrastructural projects. You guide the process surrounding work plans: these are drawn up by the disciplines themselves, but you ensure coordination and provide a review or advice where necessary, with an eye for risk management, quality, and safety.

In addition, you are responsible for the planning of all activities, the selection of suitable contractors, and you act as a link between the various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Financial processing, including cost estimates and procurement contracts for larger projects, also belongs to your tasks.

An important part of your work is the coordination of traffic measures. In doing so, you take into account the type of activities, traffic flows, and required permits, and you contribute proactively to creating and maintaining a safe working environment. You determine the activities to be carried out based on annual plans, reports, and your own observations, and ensure that projects run smoothly and contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Dutch infrastructure.
