Asset Management Project Leader

The sector is changing rapidly: where the emphasis used to be on new construction, it is now increasingly about the smart maintenance of existing assets. This requires sharp choices, for example between safety, performance, and available budgets.

We help asset owners with these trade-offs. We do this by providing reliable inspection data and analyses, but also by (partially) taking over management tasks.

You work in compact project teams and are often involved in multiple projects at the same time. In doing so, we combine practice and theory: from outdoor inspections to in-depth analyses and maintenance strategies.

As an Asset Management Project Leader, you take on a key position in this. You are responsible for the acquisition process and for the good execution of projects. The assignments are diverse: from inspections of bridges and viaducts to analyses of complex infrastructural systems.

You are a recognizable point of contact for clients and, thanks to your expertise and commitment, you build sustainable relationships.

We are involved in the entire process: from research and design to management and maintenance. Asset management forms an important link in that.

You work in small, close-knit teams with colleagues from different disciplines. Together, you realize projects for clients such as Rijkswaterstaat, ProRail, municipalities, and contractors.

Within the team, sharing knowledge is central and you continuously learn from each other. At the same time, you have a lot of contact with customers and other stakeholders, which means you also play an important role outside of your team.
