Project Leader Pavement and Asset Management

• A salary between €5435,- and €7600,- per month depending on your knowledge & skills;

Are you an experienced project leader who knows everything about pavement, maintenance, and asset management? Do you get energy from complex infra projects and managing a team within a dynamic environment? For our Infra Asset Management department, we are looking for a project leader pavement & asset management who wants to help build further growth. Location Hengelo, Breda, Capelle aan den IJssel, or Medemblik – you choose what suits you.

In this role, you will manage projects regarding pavement research and advice, inspections and measurements, and multi-year maintenance plans.

• You are responsible for achieving and strengthening our position in asset management;
• Guide projects from survey to delivery;
• Manage your project teams regarding planning, quality, safety, and costs;
• Advise clients on maintenance strategies, lifespan, and risks;
• Identify commercial opportunities and convert them into concrete assignments;
• Work closely with work preparers, inspectors, measurement vehicle operators, advisors, and specialists.

With your experience, you bring structure, overview, and calm to projects with significant interests.

You are someone who:

• Experience as a project leader within civil engineering, preferably in pavement and asset management;
• Strong in stakeholder management and managing teams;
• Understand how to achieve turnover targets and exploit commercial opportunities;
• A solid interlocutor for clients and colleagues;
• Possess a HBO or WO level in the direction of civil engineering or similar;
• Works in a structured manner, thinks ahead, and safeguards the quality of projects.
