At KWS Traffic & Mobility in Dordrecht, you will work in the very heart of temporary traffic measures. From our own location - including office, warehouse, and outdoor yard - we support clients in keeping the Netherlands safely and smoothly accessible. With a close-knit team, we manage projects from design to execution: practical, down-to-earth, and with great attention to quality and collaboration.

Your job
As a T&M Project Coordinator, you guide projects from calculation to execution and ensure they are realized within schedule, budget, and quality standards. You support the project manager and serve as a point of contact for clients, municipalities, provinces, and Rijkswaterstaat.
You work on temporary traffic measures from A to Z: design, permits, preparation, execution, and financial settlement.

Team
Traffic & Mobility Unit is a specialty within KWS. We manage temporary traffic measures from A to Z (calculation, design, preparation, permit process, execution, and financial settlement). Located in Dordrecht with our own office, warehouse, and outdoor yard.

• Preparing calculations, schedules, traffic plans, and material and equipment requirements;

• Applying for permits and ensuring projects comply with laws and regulations (CROW guidelines, BRL9101); and regulations (CROW guidelines, BRL9101)

• Maintaining contact with clients and stakeholders;

• Managing the handover from preparation to execution and remaining involved until completion;

• Budget monitoring, post-calculation, and preparing extra work claims;

• Steering on safety, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations;

• Being present on projects during more complex activities.
