As a junior site manager, you are an important link in our civil engineering projects starting from the preparation phase. You ensure well-thought-out planning, draw up clear work instructions, and contribute to a safe and efficient work process. On the construction site, you are the point of contact for colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers. You ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done and that the work is carried out according to agreement.

When execution begins, your organizational talent and technical knowledge fully come into their own. You monitor progress, quality, planning, and costs, and work closely with the senior site manager and project manager to successfully deliver the project. In addition, you have regular contact with the client, so that everything runs smoothly and expectations are met.

Safety is always your number one priority. You create a working environment in which everyone can work safely and go home healthy at the end of the day. For you, this is a matter of course. As a site manager, you are not only an organizer, but also a connector and a coach who is proud of the collective result.

What will you do?

• Drawing up schedules, work instructions, and safety measures.
• Coordinating activities on the construction site and managing teams.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
• Monitoring quality, progress, costs, and safety.
• Reporting to the senior site manager or project manager.
