DBA Contract Site Supervisor

• A position for 40 hours per week;

• A full-time salary between € 4,000.- and € 4,700.- gross paid out every 4 weeks in 13 periods;

• 25 vacation days and 16 non-scheduled days from the Gebr. Van Kessel CAO and a good pension scheme with an employer contribution;

As a site supervisor, you are the connector between the various teams within the contract. Together with your team, you ensure that the work is delivered according to our standards and those of the client. Do you want to know how we do this? Then please read on. Together with the team, you assess the state of our area daily and ensure that the necessary activities are carried out, ensuring the area continues to meet the specifications provided by the client. Through your hard work, the area becomes higher in quality, safer, and neater.

You lead skilled tradespeople and work closely with the work planners and technical manager. With your knowledge and experience, you ensure that everything on the project runs smoothly. This is all done with time, quality, finances, safety, and environment as starting points. You identify and look for solutions to current and potential problems and risks that are eligible for improvement. You also ensure the correct reporting on progress. Many of the activities are carried out with traffic measures, where it is important that everyone knows well what their role is in the team.

As a site supervisor, you work independently and are able to take decisions yourself regarding the correct division of work for yourself, the employees, and subcontractors. Together with the technical manager and work planners, you ensure that your work becomes a success.

The project team 'DBO Zuid-Holland Zuid' has its project location in Numansdorp. The project includes roads and related objects located in the South Holland South region. The daily management and maintenance consists of performing maintenance activities on the following objects for a period of 10 years: roads, greenery, and road-related/related objects.

As a site supervisor, you are able to maintain a good overview and adjust where necessary. As a team player, you are involved with your colleagues and have a flawless eye on when things are not going well.
