As a site manager, you are the key connecting link between project management and the execution team on the shop floor. You ensure that the work on location runs smoothly: according to plan, within budget, and with an eye for quality and safety. You translate the work preparation into a tight and efficient construction process, whereby you manage the construction site employees, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks as soon as they arise.

A selection of your duties:

• You monitor the quality of delivered work

• You solve complex technical issues for various customers, both internally and externally

• You contribute to innovative solutions, often thought out at the front end together with the customer

• You are responsible for the daily course of affairs on one or more of our projects.

• Passion for and experience with specialist earthmoving

• Salary from € 3,500 to € 5,300 gross per 4 weeks, matching your knowledge and experience, based on full-time employment. (€ 3,800 - € 5,750 gross per month)

• A good package of employment conditions in accordance with the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement, 30 vacation days, an individual budget from which you can also take 13 extra days off, and an excellent pension
