As a Design Coordinator, you are the director of the design process. You ensure that all the puzzle pieces fall into place: from planning to quality and from communication to documentation. You work together with designers, structural engineers, and site managers, and you are the link between design and execution. No two days are the same: one moment you are in consultation with the client, the next you are checking if the latest drawings meet the requirements.

What will you do?

• Providing structure: You create schedules, monitor deadlines, and identify bottlenecks.
• Monitoring quality: You check drawings and calculations and ensure everything meets the standards.
• Communication & coordination: You organize meetings and keep everyone informed.
• Thinking along & advising: You contribute ideas for smart solutions and optimizations.

As part of the Dutch Engineering team, you will work closely with colleagues in Brussels. You combine technical expertise with practical applicability and develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. The engineering activities are both advisory and executive and cover the entire trajectory: from tender to execution and aftercare, where innovation, sustainability, and risk management are important themes.

Our engineers create integral solutions for technical challenges using, among other things, 3D and 4D models, ensuring that design and execution align optimally. In this way, we realize efficient, sustainable, and future-proof projects.

• HBO education in civil engineering, construction technology, or similar.
• Interest in both technology and processes.
• You are eager to learn, strong in communication, and love maintaining an overview.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM? That's a plus, but not a must!
