Workshop Team Coordinator

As a Team Coordinator, you create ownership within the team, hold employees accountable for responsibilities, and stimulate initiative, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You are the first point of contact for a team of 11 technicians and ensure that they can perform optimally. Through your guidance, coaching, and attention to development, you help employees grow in their craftsmanship and job satisfaction. You also conduct periodic development and progress interviews.

Additionally, together with the Operational Manager, you ensure that projects run smoothly. You monitor planning, progress, and capacity and ensure that materials and people are available at the right time. You signal bottlenecks in a timely manner, make improvement proposals, and adjust where necessary to meet deadlines.

Safety and quality are always central here. You set a good example and contribute actively to a safe, high-quality, and structured working environment. You communicate clearly about expectations, priorities, and progress and ensure that agreements are met.

Organizing things gives you energy. When pressure increases, you remain calm, analytical, and solution-oriented. Thanks to your insight and coordination, the technicians can perform their work optimally. In doing so, you stimulate continuous improvement within the team and translate improvement initiatives into concrete actions that contribute to quality, efficiency, and job satisfaction.

Within our location, you work closely with various production departments and project preparation. You are the connecting link between people, planning, and projects.
