You are responsible for further developing the procurement policy and the procurement strategy within BESIX Nederland and ensure that processes, working methods, and knowledge sharing are applied across projects.

As Head of Procurement you are responsible for the procurement policy and the further professionalization of the procurement organization within BESIX Nederland. You ensure that processes, working methods, and knowledge sharing are secured and further developed across projects.

In addition, you are involved in our largest and most complex projects, where you advise project teams on procurement, contract, and supplier strategies. You provide functional management to buyers, build sustainable relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, and translate market developments into opportunities for our projects.

Together with management, you work on a future-proof procurement organization that contributes to the success of our civil and utility projects.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring the procurement policy;
