The role

What you'll do

As a Mid-level Civil Works Supervisor at GelreGroen, you will contribute to an infrastructural megaproject that improves the accessibility of the Arnhem region forever. You will lead crews, monitor quality and safety, and ensure that progress remains on schedule. You have enough experience to operate independently, and enough drive to grow even further.

Leading executive employees, crews, and subcontractors;
Monitoring progress, safety, and quality at the workplace;
Maintaining daily logs and progress reports;
Identifying and resolving practical bottlenecks;
Coordinating with work preparation and project management.

Functie-eisen

Mbo+ or hbo in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
3 to 7 years of demonstrable experience as a supervisor in infra or GWW;
Practical-minded, a team player, and strong in communication;
VCA VOL certified;
Independent and proactive;
You reside in the Netherlands.
