As a Junior Civil Site Supervisor at GelreGroen, you will be guided by people who have fully mastered the trade. You will quickly take responsibility for small crews, learn how to organize a construction site, and understand what is needed to work safely, on time, and with the right quality. You bring the energy. We provide the environment to grow.

• Supporting the site supervisor with daily activities on the job;
• Supervising small execution crews;
• Coordinating activities with subcontractors and colleagues on the construction site;
• Monitoring quality and safety in accordance with project requirements;
• Maintaining daily reports and work logs;
• Learning to identify risks, deviations, and bottlenecks.

Experience is not the most important thing. We are primarily looking for an eager-to-learn starter who wants to develop into a Junior Civil Site Supervisor.
