Infrastructure Foreman

• You have an mbo or hbo level of work and thinking, preferably in civil engineering or GWW (earthworks and water management);

• You have basic knowledge of execution within GWW or civil engineering, gained through an internship, apprenticeship, or previous work experience, or the willingness to follow a work and learning program;

• You can take responsibility for the daily execution of a (sub)project under the guidance of an experienced supervisor or head supervisor, so that activities can be carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan;

• You are good at planning and organizing;

• You have good communication skills. You know how to motivate your team but can also address them regarding points for improvement.

• The salary for this position is between €3,577.89 and €4,472.37 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of the salary, there is a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• With an eye on a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately.

As an infra supervisor, you will play an important role in the ViA15 project. Together with an experienced supervisor, you will work on this challenging project, and you will be given all the space to develop yourself into an independent supervisor.

This will be your job
As an infra supervisor, you will work on the realization of the ViA15 project. It is a special project that improves the accessibility of the Arnhem region. It concerns the construction of the A15 and the widening of the A12 and A15. In total, it involves 33 kilometers, including a bridge with a length of over 2.5 kilometers.

You will start with good guidance from an experienced supervisor. Step by step, you will receive more and more responsibility and learn how to prepare, manage, and ultimately realize a project independently as a supervisor. You will develop in planning, organization, and leadership, and grow into a role in which you make the difference.

The position falls under regional projects South East, and is available as of April 2027. You will work on ViA15 for the first three years, after which you will enter the region and work on various projects in the North Brabant and Limburg regions.
