As a Senior Work Preparer at ViA15/GelreGroen, you are an important link between design and execution. You ensure that complex civil and infrastructure works are prepared in detail, so that execution can proceed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

You are responsible for the coordination of work plans, material flows, permits, and technical alignment. Thanks to your experience, you know how to identify risks early, solve bottlenecks, and set the right priorities. In doing so, you work closely with site managers, designers, project coordinators, suppliers, and subcontractors.

You maintain an overview of multiple activities and disciplines simultaneously and act as a sparring partner for both execution and project management. With this, you make an important contribution to one of the largest civil and infrastructure projects in the Netherlands.

• Drawing up, reviewing, and optimizing work plans, execution dossiers, and material lists;
• Preparing and coordinating procurement processes and material flows;
• Coordinating permit applications, KLIC notifications, and Health & Safety documentation;
• Aligning activities with execution, engineering, suppliers, and subcontractors;
• Reviewing drawings, revisions, and technical specifications;
• Monitoring schedules, risks, progress, and costs;
• Identifying opportunities and possibilities for improvement within the project;
• Guiding and supporting junior and medior work preparers.
