Nice to have
Bartiméus is hiring for this role in several places. This vacancy is in the Netherlands.
This job advert was originally written in Dutch.
Mark is 48 years old and is a light sleeper. Sometimes he wakes up startled and no longer knows if he has taken his medication. Then he panics. Thanks to smart listening systems, this is quickly picked up by you and your colleagues at the Domotica central monitoring station. You reassure him via the intercom; if Mark is not calmed by your voice, you give a signal to your colleagues on-site and they will be standing by his bed in no time to reassure him.
Working at night is no problem at all for you. You love that special atmosphere that the nighttime hours bring with them. Moreover, no night is the same. With a cheerful character and a sunny disposition, you create the conditions for a good and safe night's sleep for our residents. You do this by offering optimal care and guidance together with 3 fellow Night Care Assistants between 22:15 - 07:15, supported by domotica. Occasionally the situation is somewhat more complex, but even then, you keep your cool. Moreover, you can always rely on your colleagues. Together you form a team. You have an affinity for care and new technology. You like to think along and you can contribute in a professional manner to the further development of our Night Care.
The residents with a visual and often an intellectual disability in Doorn, Zeist, and Ermelo can rely on the fact that there is always someone nearby to ensure they can sleep safely and peacefully. Together with three colleagues, you sit behind the Domotica system in Zeist and receive all signals from the care call system. Signals where the care request can vary from personal care to a comforting word. Together with colleagues, you coordinate the care at the locations accordingly. Additionally, there are administrative tasks, such as updating client data.
