The role

What you will do

Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.

This assignment runs for a longer period, 28 hours per week, at one location in Sleeuwijk. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

The activities take place within a residential care environment where clients live independently in apartments. Work is carried out using a fixed route, with the necessary support coordinated per client. Care needs vary from guidance and social support to intensive ADL care. Shared moments are important, and much attention is paid to contact, structure, and well-being. Situations may occur in which clients exhibit boundary-crossing behavior or seek a lot of contact, making a professional and clear attitude important. Additionally, supplementary care procedures occur at the location, such as stoma care, bowel irrigation, bladder irrigation, and catheter care.

You support clients in their own living environment and guide them during daily activities and care moments. The duties include:

  • Performing ADL activities, whereby full care is taken over for some clients
  • Conducting guidance conversations and providing support in daily functioning
  • Guiding clients during activities such as walking and doing groceries
  • Supporting with practical matters, such as ordering medical supplies
  • Administering medication according to protocol
  • Working with lifting aids where necessary
  • Identifying changes and acting adequately upon them
  • Contributing to social moments, such as shared eating and drinking moments

The position includes morning, day, evening, and night shifts.

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
  • A contract with fixed hours and a schedule that you know in advance.
  • One permanent position, so that you truly get to know your clients.
  • Holiday pay, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual.
  • If this assignment ends, we will look for the next one. You do not need to apply again.

Does this suit you?

  • You have an MBO level 3 or 4 diploma as a caregiver/guide
  • Experience within disability care is a plus
  • You have an affinity with clients who live independently and receive support in various areas of life
  • You are resilient, can set boundaries, and deal respectfully with diverse situations and requests for help
  • Experience with ADL, medication administration, epilepsy, and BHV (Emergency Response) is required; experience with lifting aids is important
