Your first contract is a temporary contract, and afterwards, we will look towards a permanent contract.
In addition to the statutory 8.33% holiday allowance, you will receive an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, and at Kwintes, we offer a balance budget of €1,000 gross per year pro rata to your employment.
An excellent pension scheme in which Kwintes contributes 50% and the possibility to lease a new (electric) bicycle.

At Kwintes, we are increasingly investing in digital care. That is why we are starting a new Digital Team: a specialized team that supports clients from regional teams digitally and, together with the organization, shapes the movement towards hybrid care. You will get the chance to think along, pioneer, and actually exert influence on how digital care takes shape within Kwintes.
As a support worker in the Digital Team, you combine your care expertise with digital skills. You support clients remotely via video calling, chat, and telephone contact, and actively contribute to innovative forms of support. You are part of a new and innovative team that supports clients 7 days a week between 08:00 and 22:00. During the first year of the pilot, you will work with the team from the office. Physical presence at the office is not mandatory in the evenings and on weekends, making working from home possible. At all other times, presence at the office is expected. This is important for building a new team and strengthening mutual cooperation. Once the team is well-settled, it will be assessed whether hybrid working can also be made possible during these times.
No two days are the same. You:
provide digital support to clients from various teams;
support clients via video calling, telephone, and other digital means;
help clients to use digital applications independently;
signal changes in well-being, safety, and recovery;
work closely with colleagues from the regional teams;
think along about the further development of digital care within Kwintes;
are an ambassador for hybrid care and inspire colleagues to utilize digital possibilities.
Together we build:
more control and flexibility for clients;
better accessibility of support;
smart use of technology;
a modern combination of physical and digital support.
You will get the chance to think along, pioneer, and actually exert influence on how digital care takes shape within Kwintes.
