The Medium Care at Amstelmere is an open admission ward for clients who temporarily require intensive treatment and guidance. In a welcoming and recovery-oriented environment, you work together with clients, their loved ones, and a multidisciplinary team toward an admission that is as short and effective as possible.

As a supervisor or nurse, you provide structure, guidance, and support during the admission. You observe, identify, and report changes and actively contribute to the recovery process of clients.

In addition:

• You stimulate self-reliance and personal autonomy.

• You draw up your guidance plans and evaluate them.

• You identify crisis situations and act upon them.

• You work closely with clients, loved ones, and practitioners.

• A completed mbo-4 education in healthcare.

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.

• Affinity with psychiatry and recovery-oriented care.

• An independent, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.

• A permanent contract immediately.

• Salary in accordance with CAO GGZ, FWG 45.
