What you'll do
Recruitment at Athora goes beyond filling vacancies and interim assignments. We want to look ahead: what knowledge, expertise, and talents do we need now and in the future, and how do we ensure we secure these in a timely manner? We help managers build their future-fit teams.
As a Senior Recruiter, you combine strategic recruitment advice with strong operational execution. You are a partner for management and HR Business Partners, you know the labor market, and you bring your own vision. At the same time, you are in the midst of the daily recruitment dynamics. You are the connecting link between managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates, ensuring that every recruitment process runs smoothly, carefully, and personally.
You play a key role in attracting the talent Athora needs to realize its ambitions for today and tomorrow. You immerse yourself in what is happening within the organization, understand the challenges of different business units, and translate these developments into recruitment solutions.
Your main responsibilities are
You are the director of the recruitment process. You are the connecting link between candidates, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners, ensuring a professional and personal process, from intake and sourcing to selection, offer, and onboarding. You maintain momentum, actively drive progress, and ensure that agreements and contacts are carefully recorded.
You support external hiring. You advise managers on appropriate deployment, negotiate rates, duration, and other terms, and ensure a careful process and good documentation.
You advance Recruitment as a strategic partner. You translate developments within the organization and in the labor market into a clear recruitment approach and proactively advise managers and HR Business Partners on the staffing needs of today and tomorrow.
You make data leading in recruitment advice and decision-making. Together with the team, you develop our vision on AI within Recruitment. You investigate where AI can make the recruitment process smarter and more effective, and help determine where technology adds value and where personal contact must continue to make the difference.
You utilize recruitment and labor market data to make trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities visible, translate these into impactful insights, and use the data to provide targeted advice and adjustments regarding, among other things, inflow, lead time, quality, and the use of recruitment channels.
You contribute to the further professionalization of Recruitment. You contribute to the development of our recruitment strategy, employer branding, and candidate proposition. You translate new developments into concrete improvements in working methods, processes, and service delivery.
What do we ask of you?
You are a strong and connecting recruitment professional who easily switches between strategy and execution. You are curious and result-oriented. You are an equal partner for (senior) management and HR; you dare to advise and challenge based on your expertise. You ask the right questions and do not automatically take a vacancy request for granted. You first want to understand: what is truly needed here? You know how to get people on board with your approach. At the same time, you keep an eye on what is needed in daily recruitment practice and ensure that agreements and processes are carefully followed up.
What do you get from us?
You will get approximately 900 colleagues who all believe they work at a special company. You will get the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the socially relevant theme of pensions. We ensure that your pension is well-arranged, so that you can enjoy your old age without worry.
You will get the chance to truly make a difference when it comes to sustainability, because we have been setting the tone in our business operations and our investments for years. Naturally, you will get a (flexible) workplace at our office in Amsterdam that belongs to the top 7% in the world, truly.
