• A salary between € 4,100 and € 4,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours).

Your role as a Medior Recruitment Business Partner
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you are not a CV pusher, but the critical sparring partner who keeps our Hiring managers, from Tech to Operations, sharp. You don't just accept a vacancy, but challenge the business: is it a realistic profile? You understand where the organization wants to go and build the right recruitment strategy around it!

At BridgeFund, our product is the best candidate experience. Every applicant, hired or not, must look back on BridgeFund with a good feeling. Together with the team, you work in tight sprints to fill vacancies lightning-fast and predictably. Additionally, you dive deep into the world of recruitment events. You ensure a continuous flow of fresh talent, organize meet-ups, and show why BridgeFund is the scale-up where you want to work.

• You are the strong, positive sparring partner for our hiring managers. You challenge them on their wishes, advise on feasibility, and ensure that procedures always remain in high gear. You manage expectations tightly and get the business moving.

• You are end-to-end responsible for recruitment across the entire organization. You manage the backlog, fill vacancies via intakes, source proactively, and interview according to BridgeFund.

• You guarantee the candidate experience. Through a tight process, you ensure top speed internally and an unforgettable experience externally.

• You turn strategy into action. You post content, organize cool events, and are the face of BridgeFund at recruitment events and meet-ups.
