You are an experienced professional who moves easily at the intersection of business, Finance, IT, and data. You structure complex issues, ask critical questions, and bring different perspectives together. In doing so, you investigate the underlying need and assess the feasibility and broader impact of solution directions.
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a BusDev Engineer, business analyst, information analyst, or in a similar role at the intersection of
business and IT.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrable experience in translating business needs into requirements, functional specifications, and
acceptance criteria.
Strong communicator, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and persuasively.
Knowledge of and affinity with financial processes, preferably within Finance, Reporting, Accounting, Actuarial, Risk, or Investments.
Experience with stakeholder management and collaboration with Product Owners, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Experience working within Agile and SAFe environments.

Salary per month:

Within Change & IT CFO, we realize changes and transformations in the Finance (CFO) domain. We do this with a team of approximately 30 colleagues, including BusDev Engineers, information analysts, Product Owners, engineers, and other IT specialists. We work intensively together in an open and informal culture, where quality, ownership, and delivering results together are central.
As a BusDev Engineer, you are at the beginning of important change initiatives. You fathom the business need and translate it into clear requirements, solution directions, and acceptance criteria. In doing so, you monitor the coherence between processes, systems, data, and dependencies and support successful realization and implementation.
You are the connecting link between business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, and Agile development teams. You focus on requirements analysis, solution design, refinement, and supporting teams during realization.
Your tasks:
You analyze business issues and map out the underlying needs, processes, information provision, and desired results. You work out the outcomes into concrete requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
You perform impact analyses and preliminary investigations and map out solution alternatives, risks, dependencies, and cost-benefit assessments.
You work together with business architects, IT architects, and engineers on solutions that align with the IT strategy, architectural frameworks, and
the technical capabilities of Athora.
You support the Product Owner and the Agile team with epic, feature, and backlog refinement and ensure that the scope remains clear and achievable.
You identify relevant dependencies and ensure that the right stakeholders are involved in a timely manner.
You monitor the alignment between the original business need, the chosen solution, and the final
result during realization.
You contribute to a controlled implementation in the business, including preparation, testing and acceptance criteria, and
transfer to the management organization.
You proactively identify opportunities to improve financial processes, information systems, and data flows.
