Recruitment Stage

• Intake interviews: From day one, you will participate in the recruitment process for our interns. You will schedule intake interviews with hiring managers to gain clarity on who we are looking for and contribute ideas regarding the vacancy.
• Vacancy texts: You will draft vacancy texts or adapt them, ensuring they align well with both students and HEMA.
• Screening and contact: You will get to work screening responses. You will review CVs, maintain contact with candidates, and assist in making the right choices. Together with the team, you will ensure that interns are hired and get a good start.
• Point of contact: You will be a point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers and will maintain an overview of the steps in the process.
• Proposing improvements: Do you see that something could be more practical or smarter? Then there is room to propose and take on improvements.
• Intern onboarding: In addition to recruitment, you will help organize onboarding days and informal moments for interns, such as drinks or gatherings. In this way, you contribute to a pleasant start and a good connection between all interns.

In short: you will get an educational and active internship in which you experience the full recruitment process for interns and truly collaborate within the team!

• You are following a degree in the direction of, for example, HRM, business economics, business administration, communication, or another relevant field of study.
• You are available at least 4 days (35 hours) per week, and are looking for a working internship starting from February 2027. It is possible to conduct research into a specific topic or problem during this internship.
• You are proficient in Dutch and in English, both spoken and written.
• You are proactive, enjoy being in contact with people, and do not shy away from a challenge or a good conversation.
• You enjoy looking at processes and workflows critically, with a fresh perspective, and making proposals for improvement.
