The role

For our office in Amsterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic campus recruiter to join our team.
Recruiting highly qualified consultants is a key success factor for Roland Berger. As a campus recruiter, you are at the beginning of our recruitment process. By organizing recruitment events, you are the face of Roland Berger in the labor market. You know better than anyone how to best maintain contact with student associations and study associations and how to build and utilize relevant talent pools.
What you'll do
- You are the first point of contact for students and actively maintain our talent pool
- Together with experienced colleagues, you organize recruitment events for students, including three (international) Business Courses per year
- You maintain and strengthen relationships with study and student associations
- You contribute to the social media strategy for Campus Recruitment and execute it through various channels
- You are responsible for the Gap Year program, from recruitment and selection to the guidance of candidates during the process
- You provide support where necessary in the selection process, including the initial selection and screening of candidates and during various recruitment events
Who are we looking for?
Your personality is the key to success. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and assertiveness go hand in hand with a hands-on mentality and a structured way of working. Additionally, you can identify with the following points:
You have completed a HBO or master's degree and have 0-2 years of experience
You are strong in planning and organizing, and always know how to maintain an overview
You are social, proactive, flexible, and work independently
You feel at home in a fast-paced, young, international environment and speak fluent Dutch and English
