Working Student Recruitment

For our Amsterdam office, we are immediately looking for a working student to support the recruitment team at least 3 days per week.

• You support senior recruitment 
• You support the organization of the application process, involving contact with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• You support the organization of recruitment events and programs for students, both internally and externally
• You support recruitment marketing and actively contribute ideas on how we can take our social media presence to a higher level 

As a working student in the recruitment team, you will get to know the practice of recruitment and campus activities up close. Attracting talented consultants is important for the success of Roland Berger, and you will play an active role in this. You will be given a lot of responsibility, work closely with the team, and receive good guidance.

Recruitment is the result of good teamwork. Our recruitment team consists of a recruitment manager, a senior recruiter, a recruitment specialist, and two campus recruiters.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated student who is in the final stages of a HBO or WO degree. You have good oral, written, and presentation skills and possess excellent command of the Dutch and English languages. You like to take initiative, are proactive, and work accurately. Additionally, you enjoy working with others and feel at ease within a team.
