What we're looking for

You speak fluent Dutch and English
Available from February 2027
You are an HBO/WO student.
You are following a degree related to Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Psychology.
You have an affinity with recruitment.
You are enrolled at a (European) university of applied sciences or university throughout your entire internship period.
You are available for at least 5 months.

The role

Do you want to gain experience in the world of ABN AMRO Bank and do you think you know how to put ABN AMRO on the map for emerging talent? With your organizational and planning skills, combined with a talent for collaboration and strong communication, and the ability to work independently, this is your chance! As a recruiter at the I&T Internship Bureau, you are responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process of all new interns. The I&T Internship Bureau is the place where talent arrives, is screened, interviewed, and hired. You are the point of contact for managers who have questions regarding internships. You will also attend recruitment events and help with their organization and execution.

What you'll do

During your internship period, you will create and update ABN AMRO internship vacancies by proactively contacting managers from various departments. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for:

Screening CVs and motivation letters.
Drafting and posting vacancies online.
Finding suitable candidates for vacancies within the bank.
Maintaining good contact with hiring managers.
Assisting with the onboarding of new interns.
Using your new knowledge and new perspectives to improve our recruitment and talent acquisition.
