Healthcare Consultant at a Scale-up in Healthtech (All regions in the Netherlands – 32 to 40 hours)

As a Healthcare Consultant, you are the indispensable link between the healthcare floor and our technology. Because you come from practical experience yourself, we don't have to explain to you under what pressure the teams work. You speak their language, understand what is needed to provide good care, and know exactly how to get healthcare workers to embrace our technology with confidence.

You won't receive a rigid handbook from us: You see what is needed at a client or within Sensara, take initiative, and pick it up.

• Implementing & Training: You guide implementations at new clients and train and coach the healthcare teams on the floor in the use of Sensara.

• Advising: You guide healthcare organizations and advise (healthcare) managers and team leaders on the optimal use of healthcare technology in their daily processes.

• Pioneering & Signaling: You spot opportunities for process improvements, both at the client and internally at Sensara.

• Further Development: You gather customer feedback, test new functionalities, and translate your practical knowledge into concrete improvements for our platform.

• Representing: You are the face of Sensara during meetings, congresses, and events.
