Amarosa Willibrord is a nursing home in the center of Wassenaar for people with dementia or a somatic indication. Amarosa Willibrord consists of three small-scale residential locations.

We find it important that everyone living with us maintains control over their own life for as long as possible. We want every day to be worthwhile, no matter how difficult a day sometimes is. 

You will be working at the Willibrord location in our somatic department. You have a very diverse role; you coordinate the care process of the residents, translating the wishes and needs of residents and loved ones into the care and lifestyle plan and stimulating the self-reliance of the residents. You are there for "your" residents. You know their story, their wishes, and their habits.

You will do this by

• Ensuring that the care (lifestyle) plan is correct and remains correct;

• Maintaining an overview and switching gears when something changes;

• You are the fixed point of contact for family;

• Supporting the residents with care and welfare activities and providing attention and person-centered care.

You are a care professional who looks beyond direct care and you are committed to truly making a difference. You have a warm and empathetic approach toward our residents. You are able to work well both independently and collaboratively. You are flexible and creative in devising solutions. Our core values are: loving, helpful, cohesive, and expert.

Furthermore, you possess:

• A diploma as a healthcare assistant IG (Verzorgende IG) supplemented with an EVV diploma;

• Knowledge of procedures and protocols;

• Competence for performing reserved and high-risk procedures

• Humor, tact, and flair;

• Good communication and writing skills.

• A salary according to the CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg, classified in FWG 45 (min €3,502 max. €4,245 at 36 hours);

• Holiday allowance of 8% and an end-of-year bonus of 8.33% of the gross annual salary;

• Flexible benefits system (for example, for the purchase of an electric bicycle or the purchase of extra leave days);

• Travel allowance;

• A pension scheme with pension fund Zorg en Welzijn.
