Site Supervisor

• A salary between € 3,992 and € 4,740 gross per month according to the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek. Working full-time at Allinq is 40 hours per week. The salary is based on a 38-hour work week due to the accrual of ADV.

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you ensure that work on data and fiber optic networks is carried out according to schedule and quality requirements. You work in a dynamic airport environment where safety, continuity, and good coordination are important. With your experience, you maintain an overview and switch easily between clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you are regularly present at project locations, primarily at Schiphol Airport. There, you monitor execution, identify bottlenecks, and adjust when necessary. You monitor capacity planning and coordinate additional and reduced work with the project leader and other involved parties.

Due to the many permits, execution requires patience, improvisation skills, and structure. You know how to bring different interests together without losing sight of the end result.

• Coordinating activities within copper and fiber optic networks.

• Monitoring permits, planning, quality, safety, and progress.

• Managing subcontractors and maintaining contact with clients.

• Assessing and coordinating extra and reduced work with the parties involved.

• Identifying bottlenecks and realizing appropriate solutions during execution.

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you work together with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
