Senior Site Supervisor

As a Senior Electrical Site Supervisor at Stedin, you ensure that our activities are carried out safely, with high quality, and according to schedule. Every day, you ensure that faults are resolved outdoors, planned work (maintenance) is executed, and DA boxes are installed in our Medium Voltage rooms. You maintain an overview, adjust where necessary, and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done.

As a senior supervisor, you monitor the quality and safety of these activities. You maintain an overview, direct contractors, and ensure that work is carried out according to work plans and applicable safety standards. Additionally, you are also the person in charge of work in Low and Medium Voltage and participate in the on-call service.

You are the point of contact for all parties involved and know how to explain plans clearly. Thanks to your knowledge and experience, you ensure that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and as agreed. Without you, no safe execution. Something to be proud of.

A day as a senior supervisor/person in charge of work:

• You start the day with an overview: which activities are planned and what risks are there? Together with colleagues and contractors, you ensure that everything proceeds safely.

• You supervise the execution of activities.

• You monitor compliance with work plans and safety requirements.

• You coordinate with internal colleagues and external parties.

• You intervene where necessary and always keep the final result in mind.

• A salary of up to € 5,622 gross per month if you work 40 hours.

• A personal budget of 24% on top of your salary (incl. holiday allowance). That means a maximum of € 1,349 extra salary or up to 35.5 extra vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.

• €700 (gross) annually to spend on your own energy, for example for your sports membership or your new sportswear

On top of that, there is this:

You are an experienced electrotechnical professional who always puts safety and quality first. You are organizationally strong, communicate clearly, and know how to get people on board.

Furthermore, you have:

• At least an mbo4 diploma in electrotechnics and 3 years of relevant work experience within electricity.

• The BEI WV LS and MS instructions.
