Senior Reconstruction Engineer

• A salary between € 3992 and € 4740 gross per month according to the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek. Full-time work at Allinq is 40 hours per week. The salary is based on a 38-hour work week due to the accrual of ADV.

• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days with full-time employment.

As a Senior Reconstruction Engineer, you will work on challenging reconstruction projects within existing telecommunications networks. You translate complex technical issues into smart and actionable designs and contribute directly to the quality and future-proofing of the infrastructure. A versatile role for an experienced engineer who loves making an impact.

As a Senior Reconstruction Engineer, you are the link between design and execution. You ensure that designs are technically, practically, and administratively correct and align with the requirements of clients and stakeholders.

You work on the reconstruction of coaxial and fiber optic networks and coordinate with municipalities, water boards, contractors, and internal teams. In doing so, you assess the feasibility of designs, contribute ideas for optimal solutions, and monitor the quality of the technical implementation. Thanks to your experience, you look beyond the assignment alone and actively contribute to the improvement of processes and working methods.

• Designing and developing reconstructions within coaxial and fiber optic networks.

• Translating technical designs into actionable plans.

• Coordinating with municipalities, water boards, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Monitoring the quality, feasibility, and administrative processing of projects.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to process optimization within engineering.

You are an experienced engineer who maintains an overview, works independently, and gains energy from complex technical issues.
