Senior Site Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you have your feet firmly in the construction pit, where you are responsible for the on-site management of the project. Additionally, you work closely with the Work Preparer and the Project Manager. You organize people, equipment, and materials as efficiently as possible, and you monitor and supervise processed quantities. You know better than anyone how to motivate your colleagues to execute the project according to the contract and within the established schedule and work budget. In this, safety and quality come first! Additionally, you handle the administration, identify contract changes, and prepare extra and less work reports. You are also involved in project control and risk management. Furthermore, you maintain contact with the client and actively participate in construction meetings. This ensures you are well informed about developments within the team and the wishes of the client.

We believe it is important that you are not traveling unnecessarily long to your work. Therefore, we consciously work within a radius of approximately one hour's drive around Capelle aan den IJssel—both pleasant and efficient!

Furthermore:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Foreman within infra-related projects
• You possess an HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, preferably from a Civil Engineering degree or similar
• Being well acquainted with UAV-GC and RAW contracts and having experience working in construction teams is a plus
• You possess good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• You possess a B driver's license
• Living in the region and possessing a relevant regional network is a plus
