Service Coordinator

Within the service team at Zwart, you will work together with a close-knit group of technical professionals, including Service Coordinators and Service Planners. We are proud of our team of engaged and technically minded colleagues. To expand this team, we are looking for a Service Coordinator with a passion for technology.

As a Service Coordinator, you are the central point of contact for all technical service-related activities. You are responsible for the technical preparation and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance, carried out by our service and maintenance technicians. You play a key role within the service team and work closely with colleagues from other departments such as planning, purchasing, and logistics.

In broad terms, you will be involved in the following:

• Technical and logistical preparation of maintenance work on installations, in coordination with internal departments, customers, and external parties.

• Coordinating fault follow-up and repairs, including the preparation of technical and commercial quotes.

• Advising customers on the technical status of their systems and actively maintaining customer relationships.

• Supporting, coaching, and managing our service technicians both remotely and on-site. You act as a technical point of contact and guide them where necessary.

• Ensuring correct and timely administration in our ERP system, whereby you closely monitor costs and time spent per project.

• You actively contribute ideas for improvement and take initiative to optimize your own work, processes, and collaboration within the department and the organization.

You have broad technical knowledge, sharp organizational skills, and a commercial mindset. You are a team player who knows how to motivate others, are customer-oriented, and have an eye for quality and efficiency. You feel responsible for the execution and improvement of service processes and enjoy working with colleagues on continuous improvement.

In any case, you have:

• A completed MBO4 level education in a technical field.

• Several years of work experience in a similar role within installation technology or a comparable technical industry.

• Strong communication and coaching skills to effectively switch between customers, technicians, and internal departments.

• A good command of the Dutch and English languages.

• Flexibility, stress resistance, and a well-developed sense of priorities.

Additionally:

• A challenging full-time job (38 hours per week) in which you are given freedom and trust.

• A salary between €4,100 and €5,600 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

• Holiday allowance of 8% of the gross annual salary, paid in June.

• A total of 30 leave days per year with full-time employment and the possibility to purchase extra days.
