As a Service Coordinator, you are the heart of our operational team: the first point of contact for Service Levels and KPIs, the linchpin between the client and the specialist, and the driver and source of inspiration for your colleagues. You work for leading clients, 70% of whom are (semi-) government institutions, supplemented by private players in retail and high-tech.

Tasks you could consider include, for example:

• Coordinating service assignments from start to finish and ensuring everything proceeds according to plan.
• Daily coordination with specialists and software vendors to continuously improve our service.
• Planning and organizing activities, with an eye for both productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Identifying commercial opportunities and thinking along about how we can offer customers extra value.
• Monitoring risks and compliance and playing a role in audits.
• Collaborating flexibly and supporting colleagues where necessary.
• Taking initiative to improve processes and translate customer needs into smart solutions.

What will you do?

At our company, customer satisfaction is central. You ensure that the team runs smoothly and that our service is always at a top level. You maintain daily contact with internal and external specialists and software vendors, and you coordinate service assignments from A to Z. Additionally, you are alert to commercial opportunities, recognize customer needs, and advise on how we can create even more value.

Although you work with and for your client most of the time, you can always rely on a familiar home base: The Contract Delivery Management cluster within our ADM (Application Development & Maintenance) practice. In our practice, you will join various fields of expertise that stand for quality; no project without ADM.

Within the cluster, you will work together with about 70 service coordinators, process managers, and service delivery managers who are ready to share knowledge and support you with complex issues. • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in an IT or technical field.

• You are fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.

• A commercial and innovative mindset.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, architectural principles, and cloud concepts to communicate effectively with technical staff and functional management.

• Familiarity with management processes such as ITIL.
