Coordinator Assembly Operations & Service

• A gross monthly salary between €3,719 and €5,771 + 8% holiday allowance
• Good work/life balance with 40 vacation days (including 13 ADV days) with the possibility to (re)purchase leave.

Do you want to play a key role in realizing our strategic challenges within the Assembly and Service departments?

As our Coordinator Assembly Operations & Service at IHC Piping, you will support the integration of the assembly departments, help build a new service organization, and facilitate process improvements and innovation. You will work closely with supervisors, factory, and engineering teams and contribute directly to the success of our projects and service activities. Additionally, you will make an active contribution to setting up and expanding Piping assembly work in new markets such as yacht building, offshore & construction, and alternative fuels.

• Coordinating Lean and digitalization initiatives (modular construction, dashboards, data analysis) and setting up continuous improvement (ADKAR/Kotter methodology).
• Harmonizing processes and work instructions across locations (team dynamics & leadership).
• Optimizing and managing planning and capacity management for assembly and service.
• Implementing issue and extra work processes and proactive risk management.
• Setting up and implementing service processes (measuring, 3D scanning, refits, maintenance, flushing, pressure testing).
• Initiating and supporting market development for Piping assembly in yacht building, offshore & construction, and alternative fuels.
• Supporting supervisors by monitoring lead time, quality, and budget.
• Facilitating stakeholder and customer management: supporting clear communication with the factory, subcontractors, and customers.
• Applying Change Management to establish a high-performing Assembly team.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to develop Piping knowledge and safety certificates (VCA-VOL).
