As a Service Coordinator, you are the pivot between reception, the workshop, and the customer. You ensure that everything runs like clockwork, from planning to execution. In our branch in The Hague, you will work with two strong brands: Toyota, known for reliability and innovation, and Lexus, where luxury and service experience are central.

You support the service department in daily operations and monitor the progress of activities. You maintain an overview of the planning, coordinate with mechanics and service advisors, and intervene where necessary. Thanks to your approach, customers experience professional, clear, and pleasant service.

In addition, you actively think along about improving processes and help to continuously increase the quality and efficiency of the aftersales. Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and monitoring the daily service and workshop planning

• Coordinating between reception, workshop, and warehouse

• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the process

• Supporting the Service Manager and the service team

• Contributing to high customer satisfaction and service experience

• Thinking along about process improvements and efficiency
