For this position, we are looking for a Service & Maintenance Coordinator who knows how to naturally connect technology, organization, and service. You get energy from planning and coordinating maintenance projects, supporting customers and colleagues, and maintaining oversight and quality. As a Service & Maintenance Coordinator at BUILDING technology, you are responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all service and maintenance activities. You are the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments, and you ensure that everything is correct administratively and technically.

Specifically, your activities consist of:

• Planning and coordinating maintenance projects and service visits;

• Being the first point of contact for customers and internal departments regarding service and maintenance activities;

• Preparing quotes for maintenance on existing and newly delivered projects, independently or in consultation with the Commercial Manager;

• Providing remote service and, if necessary, planning project visits;

• Daily management and guidance of field service colleagues, and informing them about ongoing activities;

• Preparing maintenance and fault reports for administrative processing;

• Actively following technical developments and new maintenance processes.
