As Service Coordinator Maritime Cranes, you ensure that our service operations run smoothly. You liaise with customers and Service Engineers, organize people and parts, and contribute ideas on technical solutions. A versatile role in which technology, organization, and customer contact come together.

As Service Coordinator Maritime Mobile Cranes, you are the pivot between our customers, Service Engineers, and technical specialists. A breakdown, maintenance service, or installation? You ensure that people, parts, and planning come together at the right moment. In doing so, you combine your technical knowledge with organizational talent and customer focus.

• You coordinate service, maintenance, and installation assignments from preparation to completion;
• You schedule Service Engineers and ensure that parts, tools, and external parties are available on time;
• You are the first point of contact for customers and keep them informed of progress and changes;
• Together with the Technical Advisor, you translate technical customer questions into suitable solutions;
• You monitor planning, contract agreements, quality, and safety requirements;
• You identify bottlenecks and ensure they are resolved quickly and practically;
• You keep the service and planning system up to date and report on orders and projects;
• You work closely with colleagues within Liebherr-Nederland and the Liebherr Group.

In this coordinating role, you form an important link between customers, Service Engineers, Technical Advisors, and various departments within Liebherr-Nederland B.V. and the Liebherr Group.

• You have a solid technical foundation. Knowledge of hydraulics, diesel technology, mechanics, and/or electrical engineering helps you to quickly grasp technical issues;
• You can improvise, are service-oriented, and have a solution-oriented attitude;
• You are communicative, stress-resistant, and customer-friendly, and you maintain good contact with clients during the work;
• You work in a structured manner, are focused on sharing information, can prioritize well, and know how to maintain an overview;

• You possess an EU passport in connection with the requirements regarding work permits within the European Union.
