Head of Tendermanagement

As Head of Tendermanagement, you are responsible for the entire tender process within Zwart Techniek, with a focus on the Datacenters segment. Together with your department, you play an important role in submitting technically and commercially appropriate offers. The Tendermanagement department makes feasibility assessments, takes care of the initial technical design, the drafting of RFIs and RFQs with suppliers, and the full cost calculation of the project. Based on this information, Sales compiles the final proposal. After the project is awarded, your department ensures a smooth handover to Project Management. You lead a group of 3 Proposal Engineers. The department is still relatively new, and you play an essential role in further building and structuring the department and professionalizing the tender process. In the near future, it is expected that the department will grow significantly in size, partly due to the growth of the organization and the increasing complexity of the projects. You coach and develop your team and ensure efficient collaboration with other departments and stakeholders. You monitor the planning, risks, quality, costs, documentation, and commercial feasibility of the various requests. With your knowledge and experience, you will take the tender process within Zwart Techniek to a higher level. In this position, you report directly to the Commercial Director.
