(Working) Foreman Repair Westo

As a (working) foreman repair, you will be involved in optimizing and repairing the produced concrete elements, which are delivered to various construction sites.

You are responsible for an accurate execution of the elements to be repaired in accordance with the transport planning. Also, progress and quality of the work, as well as order and cleanliness, fall under this.

Your main tasks include

• Coordinating the activities of the repair crew

• Assigning the repairers per production hall / construction site

• Coordinating drilling/sawing activities carried out by external companies

• Coordinating activities to be carried out regarding preliminary rejection

• Maintaining an overview of imperfections per production hall and reporting this back to the hall manager and head of quality services

• Performing repairs

• Visual inspection of finished product and providing feedback to production.

• Determining the quality regarding the elements to be repaired and repaired elements
