Requirements
What we're looking for
- MBO working and thinking level, preferably in a logistics direction.
- Experience within a warehouse, production, or logistics environment.
- Experience with coordinating or managing colleagues.
- Practical, hands-on attitude with natural leadership.
- In possession of a valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate.
- Good command of the Dutch language and willingness to work in a 7-day operation.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor M3.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and digital work processes.

What you'll do
As Working Foreman Logistics, you are responsible for the daily course of events on the warehouse floor. You are the first point of contact for warehouse operators and support the Team Lead Warehouse & Logistics with various logistical issues.
You provide operational direction to colleagues during the shift, monitor the progress of activities, and actively participate yourself in the process of receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
You process logistics administration and support transport planning. Additionally, you monitor stocks, identify bottlenecks, and actively contribute to improvements in logistical processes. In this versatile role, you work closely with colleagues in the warehouse, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that our logistics operation continues to run smoothly.
