More at Dura Vermeer
Dura Vermeer is an independent family business. And you can feel it. In how we work together, how we look out for one another, and how we build with an eye on future generations. Since 1855, we have been building the Netherlands, in residential construction, utility construction, infrastructure, and technology. Our independence and long-term vision form the foundation of this.
With a turnover of € 2.6 billion and over 3,700 colleagues, we are among the top of the Dutch construction sector. But ultimately, it is not about those figures for us. It is about people. About colleagues working together on projects you can be proud of—iconic and close to home—and contributing to solutions for societal issues.
Our ambitions are great. And we only achieve them with engaged people. That is why we invest in good employer leadership and a working environment in which you feel at home. Where you can be yourself, feel safe, and speak up. So that you get the best out of yourself and make more together with us.
This is where you belong
At Dura Vermeer, you work on the infrastructure of the Netherlands. Every single day. Thanks to our locations throughout the country, there is always an office near you, with colleagues you know and who know what is happening in your region. At the same time, you benefit from the knowledge and impact of a national organization. Safety, quality, and reliability are paramount.
You will also see this reflected in the projects: from bridges and locks to quays, pumping stations, and other complex structures, at Dura Vermeer you work on civil projects throughout the Netherlands. Think of the Passerelle at Zwolle station in the Northeast, the replacement of Sluis 0 in 's-Hertogenbosch in the Southeast, or the quay replacement of the Pletterijkade in The Hague in the Southwest. You can also contribute to large national projects, such as the reconstruction of the De Nieuwe Meer junction.
