Foreman Specialist Earthworks

You are indispensable in the execution of our specialist projects. Every day you are busy with heavy machinery on special projects on, beside, and with the water. It is not for nothing that we are called Ballast Nedam Specialistisch Grondverzet. That means you work on special projects that each have their own challenge, such as:

• Wet excavation of construction pits, including diving work and underwater concrete;

• Dredging activities;

• Hydraulic engineering works.

Your activities on these projects consist of, among other things:

• Safely slinging loads

• Supervising excavation activities & earth transport

• Maintaining auxiliary equipment

• Installing pipes and pumps and maintaining them

• Performing quality controls & level measurements

You…

• loves varied work at varied locations;

• possess a driving license B;

• are a true team player, together we can achieve it;

• possess a valid certificate for slinging loads (rigger/TCVT) or you are willing to obtain this;

• Salary from € 2,950.- to € 3,900.- gross per 4 weeks (€ 3,200.- to € 4,200.- gross per month) based on full-time employment);

• In addition to your salary, you receive a fixed amount for sustainable employability, which contributes to staying healthy (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement);

• 43 days off according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

• A strong package of secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, and an extra supplement in case of disability.
