• MBO or HBO Civil Engineering or a comparable education;
• approximately 2 to 5 years of experience within GWW (Civil Works), infra, road construction, or civil engineering;
• experience as a foreman, assistant foreman, or supervisor;
• a practical attitude and a good sense of collaboration;
• an eye for safety, quality, and planning.

At Strukton Civiel Nederland, you will work on road construction, concrete construction, sewage, and reconstruction projects in Noord-Brabant. For our projects in the Breda and Eindhoven region, we are looking for a foreman who enjoys working outdoors, takes responsibility, and gets energy from collaborating. No two days are the same and you are right in the middle of the execution.

You will work 40 hours per week on regional projects in Noord-Brabant. The focus lies on road construction, concrete construction, sewage work, urban reconstructions, and maintenance projects.

As a Civil Works Foreman, you are responsible for the daily management of the outdoor activities. Together with the work planner and project manager, you ensure that projects are executed safely, according to schedule, and within budget.

You will be involved in:

• managing employees and subcontractors;
• organizing people, equipment, and materials;
• monitoring planning, quality, and safety;
• inspecting performed work;
• identifying deviations and extra or reduced work;
• maintaining contact with clients and other involved parties;
• attending construction meetings and work consultations.
