The role

Your role

Together with your colleague shift leader, you are responsible for the daily coordination within the machining department in Swalmen. You work in a 2-shift system and have both a hands-on and a coordinating role. You ensure that the work flows smoothly, the schedule is met, and quality remains guaranteed.

During the shift, you are the ears and eyes of the Machining Team Leader. For your shift, you are the point of contact on the shop floor. You help colleagues with questions or bottlenecks and keep a sharp eye on progress.

Solving operational problems so that the work continues.
Monitoring quality according to drawings, processes, and internal standards.
