Assistant Maintenance Foreman

The role

Are you technically strong AND organizationally skilled? In this role, you will not only ensure the optimal functioning of our machine park, but you will also lead a growing team of maintenance technicians. You combine hands-on tasks with coordinating responsibilities and are an important link in guaranteeing continuity and quality.

• Planning and prioritizing maintenance work and breakdowns, so that the machine park continues to run optimally.
• Leading, guiding, and motivating the maintenance team and maintaining contact with external service providers.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, including repairs and installation of new production equipment according to regulations.
• Registering and archiving maintenance and repair events and advising on improvements to the machine park.
• Assisting with complex breakdowns and ensuring a safe and efficient execution of all activities.

• The position is in day shifts, but you can also work in 2-shift rotations.
