Visser & Smit Bouw and MedicomZes continue to grow, and therefore we are looking for an Aspiring Planning Preparer for our projects.

Are you an experienced production planner or design leader ready for a new challenge in planning preparation? Do you have a strong technical background and are you able to create a plan in which design, manufacturability, and feasibility come together? Then we are looking for you!

You have already been a production planner, project coordinator, or design leader for a few years now, but within your current company, there are few to no opportunities for growth. The step to planning preparer might be somewhat too large, but you are interested in the possibility of growing fully into the role within two to three years.

In this role, you know exactly how to achieve the best result together with the client. You think along and understand their wishes and needs. You easily express your opinion, and with your technical knowledge and background, you can provide the client with an even better proposal. Your proactive attitude and your solution-oriented approach help you with this. This ultimately leads not only to a better design but also to a satisfied client.

As an aspiring planning preparer at Visser & Smit Bouw, you will get the chance to work together with the project manager on beautiful and challenging projects. As an aspiring planning preparer, you will develop the design into a manufacturable and feasible plan. This includes testing the design for architectural and structural aspects. You will draw up detailed schedules and coordinate activities within the project team. An important component is also: quality control. Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards to guarantee the highest quality of the final result.

• At least five years of work experience as a production planner or in execution?

• Experience with projects of an integral nature.
