Internship Operations Office - Planning Specialist

• Education: You are pursuing a HBO (higher professional education) degree in the field of communication/digitalization/business administration (at a Dutch HBO institution). 
• Skills: You can work well with MS Office and are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English. If you already have some experience working with various systems, that is certainly a plus.
• Personality: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and social skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. 
• Availability: You can do an internship 4 or 5 days per week for a period of 5 to 6 months, including three days in the office and one remote, and one for study, so that you have a perfect balance between working together and working independently. 

• A monthly internship allowance of €525 (full-time)
• Travel allowance if you do not have free (student) public transport
• Paid vacation days during your internship period

Within JDE Professional, Operations is responsible for all customer-oriented support of the sales and aftersales process for all commercial units. 
The Operations office team is responsible for the intake and management of internal and/or external “field” activities. This team focuses on the timely and complete execution of preventive maintenance and service requests. For us, the customer and positive impact on People and the Environment are central to this. 
Service requests include, among others, preventive maintenance, machine malfunctions, installations, and/or, for example, operating-related services. The Salesforce and Click systems ensure a largely automated flow of planning and work processes, in which every planner plays a crucial role in continuously optimizing the operation of our systems, with the customer and positive impact on People and the Environment at the center.  

In the role of intern Planning Specialist within the Operations Office team, you will work on issues and projects that are current within planning. The team is an important link between the internal JDE Peet’s organization, the external customer, and logistical service. Your main tasks will be: 

• Maximizing positive impact on Customer, People, and the Environment; 
• Thinking along about the future in the field of sustainable mobility; 
• Thinking along about increasing customer satisfaction regarding our “self-service options” during disruptions; 
• Thinking along about improving instructions, materials, and methodology to make self-service during disruptions even more accessible; 
• Thinking along about the further digitalization of flows;
• Project progress
