Public organizations face major challenges regarding capacity, predictability, and service delivery. As a (Senior) Consultant Supply Chain Planning, you help public organizations better align demand, capacity, and resources and sustainably improve operational performance. You work on demand and capacity planning, work-in-progress management, logistics chains, and performance management. In this way, you contribute directly to more efficient service delivery for citizens and businesses.
Your new job | About your key responsibilities
As a (Senior) Consultant Supply Chain Planning, you analyze operational processes and translate complex issues into concrete improvements. You map out bottlenecks in planning, capacity, and chains and develop solutions that align with the practical reality of public organizations. You work closely with clients, facilitate workshops, and guide improvement trajectories from analysis to implementation. Using data and operational insights, you help organizations make performance visible and better manage capacity, predictability, and service delivery.
Your office
Our office in Amsterdam is located in the Zuidas: a vibrant place where many companies are established. In our Cross Towers, no fewer than 1,500 people are welcomed every day upon arrival. For a breathtaking view of Amsterdam, head to the 22nd floor. Collaboration takes on a new meaning through the Wavespace. This High-Tech environment brings clients and colleagues together virtually from around the world.
Your skills and abilities | About your unique contribution
- You have completed a Master's degree in, for example, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience within supply chain planning, capacity management, or operations, preferably in consultancy.
- You have experience with supply chain planning, forecasting, capacity management, workforce planning, or operational management within complex organizations, preferably in the public sector.
- You are analytically strong and know how to translate data and insights into concrete improvement measures.
- You have excellent command of the Dutch and English languages and have an affinity with public organizations.
Your employment conditions | About your benefits and job satisfaction

- You will receive a contract for 32-40 hours per week
